Burn for or burn out
For the past 10 years, Kalle has been primarily concerned with topics of digital transformation and how these can be used entrepreneurially, efficiently and effectively. In doing so, he accompanies not only corporations, but also medium-sized companies on their way into the future with methods of agile management, design thinking and design sprint.
At 17, Kalle founded his first startup (social media platform). Since then, three more startups (two management consultancies and a technology company) have followed. As a product owner, he manages about 15 software development projects per year and has already gained a lot of experience in the long-term management and development of IT areas. He shares his broad expertise as a consultant in the form of strategy development, conception and support. During a six-month stay abroad in Asia in 2018, he dealt intensively with the topics of trend scouting and agile methods in the Asian region.
Since 2013, Kalle has also managed teams and projects remotely. He has extensive knowledge and experience with location-independent and collaborative technologies that enable him to serve clients across wide geographical distances. He has been training online trainers for 5 years and also virtually designs a learning environment in which approaches and working methods can be vividly and tangibly taught and learned.
At Steinbeis University, Kalle graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance. He is currently studying part-time business psychology at the Euro FH Hamburg, focusing in particular on leadership, work and organizational psychology as well as personnel development and aptitude diagnostics. He is an international Design Sprint Master and Certified Scrum Master (according to Scrum Alliance), as well as BDVT certified and DiSG certified trainer.
Trends and technical developments are Kalle's very own interest, also in his spare time. Active in sports, he lets the wind of the Scandinavian North Sea blow his head clear or hikes near Munich.
