As a marketing expert, Kerstin draws on her experience in designing the best possible learning experience in the areas of customer journey and loyalty management - whether face-to-face, online or hybrid. Through blended learning, storytelling and working on real-life cases, she creates lively and sustainable learning journeys with a guarantee of success. As a business storytelling and content marketing expert, she has a passion for word aesthetics and good stories that her children also love. And when she wants to know how to guide her customers, partners and family, she likes to ask her horse as a trainer for Horse Assisted Education.

Practical Experience

Kerstin has been at home in the fashion, beauty, food, interior and lifestyle sectors for many years. Her portfolio also includes clients from retail & eCommerce, media as well as consultancies and agencies. By managing projects for agencies, she has learned to quickly familiarize herself with a wide variety of industries and contexts and to develop analogies for a world in which the competition is increasingly lurking in the side street.

Education / Qualification

Kerstin is a trained agile and systemic coach, team developer and certified Lumina Spark. She holds a degree in Business Mathematics and is a trainer for Horse Assisted Education (EHAE). She is also a Business Storytelling & Content Marketing Expert (Gdv).

Personal

Kerstin enjoys her most creative moments when riding in nature, playing the piano, painting or simply in the shower. And her humor is the sister of her creativity.
