Kerstin is an expert in the areas of culture / mindset, leadership, innovation / creativity, communication and agile work. Her goal is to accompany people on their journey and enable them to grow as individuals, teams and organizations. In her more than 15-year leadership journey, she has led teams and built organizations, playing very different roles in marketing and sales.
Through experience in corporate and digital startups, Kerstin combines strategic thinking with effective hands-on mentality and classical methods with agile frameworks. Since 2015, Kerstin has been working as an independent consultant, coach and trainer, supporting clients in an international environment in all subject areas in which she herself has practical experience and methodological know-how. Kerstin works at her location in Hamburg, Germany-wide and remotely. Already since 2012, she has experience in remotely managing international teams and projects, which she has also used to conduct coaching and workshops in the virtual world since 2019. Through a blended mix of remote and presence, she designs learning formats in which the transfer already takes place during the training and further education and thus creates a sustainable learning journey.
Kerstin studied business mathematics at the University of Hamburg and gained practical experience at home and abroad. She is a trained agile and systemic coach (DBVC recognized), team developer, certified Lumina Spark Practitioner and trainer for Horse Assisted Education (EHAE). Kerstin has a passion for storytelling and word aesthetics, plays a lot of sports and piano in her spare time. As a mother of two children, she and her husband try to use agile methods for family organization as well.
