Ljubow has a passion for startups and workforce marketing. As a Design Thinking trainer and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, she uses her skills to support companies and non-profit organizations in strategy and innovation development as well as in HR marketing. To strengthen the exchange among design thinking professionals in southern Germany, Ljubow co-founded the Design Thinking Masters Community. In addition, through frauverhandelt.de, she wants to do her part to reduce unequal salary ratios in Germany and supports women in preparing for salary and day rate negotiations. In the past, she helped to establish the Bertelsmann startup careerloft in the area of cooperations/marketing in Berlin, was in charge of the partners for the innovation festival new.New at CODE_n and worked at the startup center of the University of Stuttgart.
She completed her Master's degree in international business at Leibniz University in Hanover and supplemented it with various stays abroad. She is an expert in Design Thinking (with certification from HPI D-School) and learned LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitation from Robert Rasmussen, the inventor of the method.
Ljubov was born in Russia, has lived in Australia, Hungary and Brazil and loves traveling, variety and interdisciplinary and intercultural work context. Her first design thinking workshop was a non-profit project in Brazil. She is a big TED fan and is involved with Digital Media Women in Stuttgart.
As a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator, she has more than 10,000 LEGO bricks at home and also builds complex situations and future plans in her everyday life to get a clear head.
