Nina is executive trainer, systemic management coach and co-creator of the Design Thinking program ,,Professional Track " at the Hasso Plattner Institute / HPI School of Design Thinking in Potsdam.

For 10 years, she has been developing organizational structures and processes for startups, medium-sized businesses and Dax-30 companies and accompanying managers in leadership positions to implement sustainable innovation processes and methods. Her core expertise is a holistic approach to accompanying the transformation of companies. This includes not only the transfer of competencies and methodological knowledge, but also training for mind and body. She was a lecturer at the School of Design Thinking and co-creator of the Design Thinking "Professional Track" at the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam, Germany, supervised the establishment of the School of Design Thinking / Genovasi in Kuala Lumpur / Malaysia and was responsible for the implementation of Design Thinking at SAP. Prior to that, she worked as a strategist in international advertising agencies for over eight years.

Nina holds a degree in International Information Management from the University of Hildesheim and completed postgraduate studies in Innovation, Leadership and Human Resource Development at the TU Berlin. She is a Systemic Management Coach according to the Hamburg School (SMC), a certified expert for the MotivationsPotenzialAnalyse MPA and for the EPP (Emotional Performance Profile). In addition, she has completed a Yoga Teacher Training and a six-month Meditation Training at the Max Planck Institute. In the last 3 years she has completed a 3 year training at the Inner Science Institute of Thomas Hübl and is currently training as a Trauma Facilitator at the institute of the same name. Since September she is also at the Generative Facilitation Institute in Berlin to do a training as a Generative Facilitator and in the same month she started a real estate training with great interest!

She takes great pleasure in people and in their development. In her free time, she enjoys traveling throughout South and Central America and is interested in architecture, art, fashion, golf and neuroscience.
