Nina is an executive trainer, systemic management coach and co-creator of the Design Thinking program "Professional Track" at the Hasso Plattner Institute / HPI School of Design Thinking in Potsdam.
She develops organizational structures and processes for startups, medium-sized businesses and Dax-30 companies and accompanies managers in leadership positions in order to implement sustainable innovation processes and methods. Her core expertise is a holistic approach to accompanying the transformation of companies. This includes not only the transfer of competencies and methodological knowledge, but also training for mind and body.
She was a lecturer at the School of Design Thinking, supervised the establishment of the School of Design Thinking / Genovasi in Kuala Lumpur / Malaysia and was responsible for the implementation of Design Thinking at SAP. In addition, she has many years of professional experience in international advertising agencies.
Nina holds a degree in International Information Management from the University of Hildesheim and has completed postgraduate studies in Innovation, Leadership and Human Resource Development at the TU Berlin. She is a systemic management coach according to the Hamburg School (SMC), a certified expert for the MotivationsPotenzialAnalyse (MPA) and for the EPP (Emotional Performance Profile). In addition, she has completed a yoga teacher training and a six-month meditation training at the Max Planck Institute.
She has a keen interest in people and their development. In her free time, she enjoys traveling through South and Central America and is interested in architecture, art, fashion, design and neuroscience.
