Tobias supports companies, teams and executives in the digital world of tomorrow. As an expert in business agility, he has been coaching teams and executives in building agile organizations since 2013. He combines in-depth knowledge of agile working methods with many years of experience as a trainer, coach and executive. He has experience with startups and medium-sized businesses as well as international corporations and convincingly conveys how to successfully become agile.
Tobias has many years of experience in classic and agile project management as well as in the development of digital products. He has designed and led training programs in different organizations for more than 10 years - in Germany and worldwide. His passion is to support people, teams and organizations in their development. He loves to connect people and ignite fireworks of creative and productive collaboration.
He is well versed in collaboration and moderation in virtual teams. In his online seminars, it is particularly important to him that self-organized, agile work can be experienced.
He graduated with a degree in technical computer science from the DH Stuttgart. He is a Advanced Professional Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Leader (according to scrum.org) and certified Project Management Professional (according to PIM) and trainer for resilience and personal development. He is also a trained coach and certified trainer for constructive communication (CNVC).
Tobias loves learning new things and exploring new paths - in his fields of expertise as well as on his trekking trips around the globe, trail running or jogging through the forest. A formative experience in his life was the three-year setup of educational programs with street children for an NGO in South East Asia.
