The lateral leadership seminar is aimed at people without direct authority who work in agile or non-agile teams, whether as a team member, project manager, product owner or scrum master. You will learn the basics and methods of lateral leadership and find out how to successfully shape team collaboration. The seminar uses practical tools to help you lead teams efficiently and develop yourself further. The focus is on promoting trust, cooperation and self-organization in the team. Together, we will develop solutions for the challenges of lateral leadership and offer you the space to exchange ideas with other participants.
