Carsten is managing partner and founder of Brainbirds GmbH. His current focus is on innovation management, leadership, organizational development and change management.
He worked at Fraunhofer Gesellschaft, Capgemini and SapientNitro before founding the technology consultancy Valiton together with Hubert Burda Media and leading it as managing director for several years.
Carsten holds a degree in business administration (FH) and is a regular speaker at national and international conferences.
He is the father of two children and enjoys hiking in the mountains in the Bavarian foothills of the Alps.
