In our OKR coach masterclass, you will interactively and playfully go through all relevant areas and topics of a successful implementation and facilitation of OKRs and develop your own best practice plan for your implementation. In addition, you will have the opportunity to build new competencies by repeatedly taking on the role of an OKR facilitator and coach during the masterclass. Short, interactive theory sessions on the OKR framework alternate with results-oriented group work in workshop format, joint discussions, collegial coaching and the processing of practical examples.
In addition, you will receive an OKR masterclass notebook and an OKR cycle simulation board with a workshop toolbox for your own OKR projects, which will help you kick-start the implementation process. Along the way, your new expertise as an OKR coach will increase your own professional opportunities and possibilities, as more and more companies recognize the benefits of OKR and want to implement it in their organizations.
