The world is too complex for a "one size fits all" approach
Anna is an expert for agile methods. She is a trainer for Scrum, Agile Project Management and Design Thinking and accompanies teams and companies as a Scrum Master and Coach for Agility. Her pragmatism and didactic skills are two strengths that particularly distinguish her.
Already during her mathematics studies, Anna found her way into software development and thus into the agile project world. Even after graduation, she developed software in various agile projects for customers of all sizes. Soon, she also pursued the teaching of agile values in areas outside of software development.
Today, she accompanies companies and teams from all industries in the successful introduction of agile methods and tools. In doing so, she emphasizes that methods are not an end in themselves. Each environment demands individual challenges that a method may meet and adapt to accordingly.
The transition to remote working is one of these challenges, where Anna has accompanied many of her clients. With her background as a software developer, internationally distributed teams and thus remote working have been her "new normal" for many years before Corona. Today, her clients can benefit from these years of remote experience.
Anna completed her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at the University of Stuttgart. She is also trained as a business coach and trainer (TÜV Rheinland certified, 765 UE). In her free time, Anna enjoys jogging through the English Garden or trail running through the mountains.
