Focus

Anna is an expert in successful teamwork, project management and leadership. At Brainbirds, she supports individual clients, teams and companies as a trainer and coach in developing their full potential. She draws on her own experience and a large toolbox from the agile working world. Her pragmatism and didactic skills are two strengths that make her stand out. Anna accompanies team and organizational development processes in companies from various industries and sizes, such as media, software & IT and the insurance industry. As an expert, in addition to her broad portfolio of classic, agile and hybrid project management, she also teaches various skills relating to moderation, coaching, facilitation, self-management, conflicts and resilience.

What sets her apart is her clear mind and her ability to deal with difficult situations. This combination of clarity and empathy is complemented by her creativity and makes Anna's workshops and training sessions unique.

She supports companies and teams in the successful introduction of new methods and tools. In doing so, she takes into account that every environment has individual challenges that a method must meet and can be adapted accordingly. She believes that good training courses and workshops are characterized by the fact that they make a real difference in everyday working life. Anna's training courses achieve this because the content is discussed in a practical way, all participants are given space for questions and reflection and there are opportunities to practise and try things out.

Practical Experience

Anna found her way into software development and thus into the world of agility while studying mathematics. After graduating, she continued to develop software in various agile projects for customers of all sizes. She developed from a software developer into the roles of Scrum Master and team lead.

The transition to the remote working world is one of the challenges Anna has helped many of her clients overcome. With her background as a software developer, internationally distributed teams and thus remote work were her "New Normal" many years before Covid. Today, her clients can benefit from these years of remote experience.

Education / Qualification

Anna completed her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at the University of Stuttgart. She also holds a Master's degree with a focus on innovation management, marketing, finance and corporate management. In addition, she is trained as a business coach and trainer (TÜV Rheinland certified, 765 UE) and as an organizational developer for agile teams and companies, Future Leadership (intrinsify Academy).

Personal

When Anna is not supporting team or organizational development, you can find her jogging along the Isar or in the mountains.
