As a freelance coach, consultant and trainer, Florian supports clients in innovation and transformation projects. He is an expert in business innovation and digitalization and brings 20 years of project and leadership experience from industry and consulting, especially in the energy, automotive, media, IT and telecommunications sectors.

Florian was a founding partner of Brainbirds Next and has also gained experience as a founder, investor and coach in technology startups. Prior to that, as Director Client Services and member of the management team at IT and digital service provider SapientNitro, he advised international clients on digital transformation issues and was responsible for numerous large-scale projects.

Florian's main topics are (agile) product and organizational development, leadership and OKR. Since his time in IT consulting, he has regularly worked in projects with partly globally distributed teams and has many years of in-depth practical experience with common formats and tools of virtual collaboration.

Florian completed an apprenticeship at the Süddeutsche Zeitung in Munich and a degree in industrial engineering at the HdM in Stuttgart. While working, he studied Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, graduating with a Master of Science degree.

He is married, father of a daughter, and enjoys hiking, skiing and mountain biking in the mountains.
