Benjamin is a pragmatic doer and likes to take direct action. Seeing change as an opportunity, taking action to make a difference and awakening untapped potential - that is his motto. He lives this in the Brainbirds formats and with the teams with whom he overcomes challenges. As a Brainbirds Trainer, Benjamin focuses on working with the Agile Mindset and uses various Agile Methods from his toolbox (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Management, Design Thinking, hybrid models). In his work, the focus is on people and the customer. Because only those who have satisfied customers and employees will be successful in the long term.
Benjamin draws on over 10 years of experience in professional project and process management. His focus is on working with small and medium-sized teams from the banking, finance and software & IT sectors. Here he supports them in the challenge of combining the classic world with the agile world and finding a way that works for them and serves as a starting point for their own transformation.
Benjamin is a trained banker and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. Benjamin gained international experience and intercultural competence in Asia and North America. Numerous certifications with an agile focus (Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) and in process management (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) round off his profile.
In his free time, Benjamin enjoys spending time with his family. He is a passionate soccer fan and enjoys running. Benjamin finds traveling and discovering the world and other cultures enriching and fulfilling.
