Focus

Nadine's passion lies in Enablement for Growth - empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their visions! In addition to her core activity as a trainer at Brainbirds, she advises organizations in transformation and strategy projects - always keeping an eye on people and the change process to ensure that created visions of the future can also be joyfully lived and implemented. She illuminates and transports the topics of transformation, leadership, agile methods as well as agile and hybrid project management from different perspectives - her current favorite collection of glasses consists of systemic glasses (as a process and organizational consultant), scientific glasses (as a lecturer and organizational researcher) and practical glasses (through years of project experience, especially in corporates). As a trainer, she manages to put a smile on participants' faces, whether in a virtual, hybrid oron-site setting, and to make learning and practicing fun and enjoyable.

Practical Experience

Nadine has accompanied and developed various organizations on their path to agility for over 3 years. Among other things, she has already brought over 5,000 employees to success in transformation projects as a workstream lead. As a lecturer, she is already in her third year of teaching on the topics of organizational development, transformation and change. She has experience in the insurance, consumer goods, public sector and automotive industries and is a university lecturer for organizational change.

Education / Qualification

Nadine is a certified Systemic Organizational Developer, Professional Agile Leader & Scrum Master, SAFe 5 Agilist, ProSci Change Management Practicioner and Strategic Design Thinker. She also holds a Master of Science in Organizational Research.

Personal

In her free time, Nadine likes to dive into sunken wrecks or spend weekends in the mountains with her VW bus named Hugo.
