Focus

Stefan conducts strategy and team workshops with managers. He also specializes in OKR training with future OKR coaches and employees involved in the course of an OKR introduction. He has many years of experience as a manager and CTO. He has successfully accompanied agile transformations and coached managers for various companies in the digital economy. His particular focus is on holistic business agility through agile leadership and strategy development with OKR.

Practical Experience

Stefan gained over 15 years of practical experience in the digital industry and software development as CTO/CPO. From his 5 years as an independent coach & trainer he can apply a lot of knowledge. In addition, he has cross-industry experience with a focus on e-commerce, banking, insurance, mechanical engineering, automotive, publishing and pharmaceuticals.

Education / Qualification

Stefan has certifications in various agile methods such as OKR, SAFe, Scrum, Agile Leadership and completed his Master's degree in Media Studies in Konstanz.

He is a passionate racing cyclist with the motto "Be stronger than your strongest excuse!"
