Dennis has been supporting numerous clients in the area of innovation and leadership for Brainbirds for over 6 years. Thanks to his experience in start-ups and corporations, he is able to work with clients to develop tailor-made solutions to their problems and teach them helpful future skills. Whether hybrid or on-site, Dennis is always keen to take everyone on the journey together. Through interactive formats, he ensures that all participants remain motivated and inspired and have the best learning experience of their lives. What sets him apart is his uncomplicated and open manner and his ability to quickly familiarize himself with new industries.

Practical Experience

In addition to Brainbirds, he mainly works in the finance and insurance industry. This comes from his own professional experience in construction financing and a large project at the beginning of his self-employment. Today, he is primarily concerned with the topic of "Future Work Skills" and is also a book author and podcaster on this subject. With a focus on artificial intelligence, Dennis helps companies to make their employees fit for the future

Education / Qualification

Dennis laid the foundations for a management career with his Franco-German degree in international management. However, he was initially drawn to the start-up world, where agile working was already being practiced every day in 2011. He later learned the basics of agile methods in a one-year course at Munich University of Applied Sciences. In recent years, he has been able to apply these in numerous consulting projects for large companies as well as in start-up coaching sessions. Through his coaching training at the latest, he has learned important tools for dealing with groups and conflicts, which he also incorporates into his training sessions time and again.

Personal

Dennis has a young daughter and is very excited to see what job she will have in 20 years' time and what skills she will need for it. He also enjoys trail running in the mountains.
