Steffi is a trainer and coach in the areas of Design Thinking and User Experience. In her work she combines classic user experience practices with Agile, Lean Startup and Design Thinking methods. Besides her work at Brainbirds, she gives talks and workshops on Design Thinking and User Experience Design, is a mentor at Google Launchpad and co-organizer of the Design Thinking and Humane Tech Meetup groups in Munich. Since October 2020, she is also co-founder of the startup comentis GmbH, a Conversational AI companion for people suffering from addiction.
She has been working as a User Experience Designer and Design Thinking Expert for 20 years. During her many years of experience, she has worked on diverse projects for both mid-sized and large companies as well as startups.
Before founding Revelate, a strategic design consultancy, she worked as a freelance designer in London, Barcelona and Munich. Steffi has also worked regularly with remote teams since 2000. During her years as a UX Designer in Barcelona and Munich, she gained experience with a variety of online collaboration tools and methods. Her focus is on the application of user-centered design tools and collaborative technologies. She completed her design studies at Goldsmith College in London.
When Steffi is not facilitating workshops, she organizes pop-up art events as temporary uses in vacant houses.rn.
