Jennifer is a freelance innovation consultant working on the conception of Design Thinking processes & Design Sprints for innovation culture and product development processes in companies. She develops startup formats (startup bootcamps, startup & business model workshops) and workshops with Lego® Serious Play®.
Her professional career started in the field of marketing & PR, where she worked creatively and strategically at various agencies and online platforms. She got her start in innovation development as a workshop leader at a startup incubator and has since been involved with innovation culture, startup trends and product development.
Jennifer has been promoting a diverse environment and openness to experimentation via the use of versatile tools and activating warm-ups and energizers, also virtually, since 2018.
She completed her studies in Media & Communication Sciences, Psychology and Romance Studies at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena and at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa. She is a Design Thinking Expert (with certification from HPI D-School). She has gained work experience not only in Germany, but also in Australia. During her school years she spent a high school year in Tucson, Arizona / USA.
She likes to keep up to date with podcasts and books. Thanks to Amazon, she buys more books each month than she can read.
