Never stop questioning
Kerstin accompanies international organizations as a freelance consultant, trainer and coach in innovation and transformation projects. In doing so, she can draw on a wide range of experience with SMEs, innovation hubs and large corporations. She is an expert in new work, new leadership, design thinking and the establishment of agile methods in practice. Her goal is to make agility tangible for people in companies.
In addition to her freelance work, Kerstin is employed at Audi AG, where she accompanies and coaches teams – from the executive to the operational level – in their agile transformation. In addition, she worked for many years as an associate professor at the Ingolstadt University of Technology for the Digital Business department. Her focus was on the areas of data analytics, enterprise resource planning and entrepreneurship. She therefore brings both practical expertise from industry and research-specific knowledge of transformation.
By using a wide variety of digital tools, Kerstin manages to inspire teams to collaborate in virtual spaces. She uses them efficiently in virtual innovation and team workshops, agile trainings or in coaching sessions, and takes a good deal of time to introduce participants to this new way of working. Kerstin completed a dual study program for a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems at Siemens AG at the Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences. She was awarded Best Student of the Year. At Brainbirds, she completed her training as an agile coach in early 2020. She has also successfully completed training as a certified Systemic Agile Organization Developerr (Steinbeis-Plus Academy) and as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Kerstin loves to travel and is fascinated by learning about new countries and cultures. Her goal in life is to travel to all the countries of the world. In each country she travels to, she attends a cooking class to learn more about the local spices and life.
