Kerstin is an experienced consultant for international companies in innovation and transformation projects. She can draw on a wealth of experience with both SMEs and large corporations. She is an expert in agile methods, project management, innovation development and new leadership and has worked successfully for Brainbirds in these areas. In addition, she supports the digitalization & process optimization of exponential technologies in the context of change management and organizational development. Her goal is to make agility tangible for people in companies and to establish the methods in practice. Her focus is on the manufacturing industry, the IT and media sector and retail. By using a wide range of digital tools, Kerstin manages to inspire teams to collaborate in a virtual space. She uses these efficiently in virtual and hybrid innovation and team workshops, agile training and coaching sessions.
In addition to her freelance work, Kerstin accompanies and coaches executives at Audi AG - from management to operational level - in agile transformation. She also supports teams in design sprints in the development of new business models. Furthermore, she worked for many years as a lecturer at the Technical University of Ingolstadt for the Digital Business department. She brings both practical know-how and knowledge from transformation research as well as a holistic approach to innovation and agility.
Kerstin completed a dual study program for a Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics at Siemens AG at the Technical University of Ingolstadt as the best student of the year. She completed her training as an Agile Coach at Brainbirds at the beginning of 2020. She has also successfully completed training as a Certified Systemic Agile Organizational Developer (Steinbeis-Plus-Akademie) and as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Outside of her professional activities, Kerstin is a passionate traveler who loves to discover new countries and cultures. Her personal goal in life is to travel to every country in the world. In every country she visits, she takes part in a cooking course to learn more about the local spices and local life.
